Our Team provided labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the installation of new thermal insulation 3” & 4” cooling lines. The scope included applying ¾” thick non-halogen tube rubber insulation with a light fiberglass cloth and 30-36 adhesive. In addition, we fabricated and installed removable insulation pads on the main engine exhaust.
We created a custom fabrication with a tight timeline. Our team successfully managed confined work areas and systems to minimize disruption to vessel operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.
The project was completed on time and in accordance with insulation standards. Both cooling and exhaust systems achieved improved performance and serviceability, leading to greater overall system efficiency and reliability.
