Connex Box Insulation

Service Division: Marine Insulation
Team Involved: Norfolk

Our team custom-fabricated and installed 2” cloth-faced fiberglass hullboard for a newly constructed connex box. The insulation was measured and cut on site to meet the exact specifications, providing both thermal and acoustic benefits. We coordinated closely with the client’s schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.

This project required close coordination with other trades; our insulation work needed to be completed before equipment installation could begin. By fabricating the material on site, we were able to achieve a custom fit and maintain quality control throughout the process.

The project was completed on time and met all specifications. The installed insulation improved both temperature control and sound reduction within the connex box for long-term performance.
