Reynolds Packaging – Tall Wall

C.E. Thurston partnered with Panel Built to design and install a modular wall system that enclosed a dedicated area for a new product line within an existing facility. The project involved installing 852 feet of modular wall panels ranging from 22 to 34 feet tall, supported by a structural steel framework and engineered to conform to the sloping roof of an older building. This approach allowed the client to create a fully enclosed production space without the need for permanent construction.

What made this project unique was the complexity of the existing environment and the tight installation timeline. The team worked around active sprinklers, piping, and roof joists, carefully fitting and sealing the wall system to ensure a clean, secure enclosure. Because additional contractors were scheduled to begin work immediately afterward, completing the installation efficiently was critical.

The finished modular wall system delivered exactly what the customer needed. The enclosure was installed quickly, met all performance expectations, and was completed on schedule, allowing the next phases of the facility expansion to move forward without delay.
